more RPGs=better
Keep on bringing the RPGs to PSP!
DS GotY?
"Good article." - bohemian23 (avatar is a broken PS3)
"2 - Great article" - Silver360 (do we need to read more into the username?)
Case in point that the majority of the people advocating downloadable HD movies since blu-ray has all but "won" are just anti-Sony (at the least) trolls. Maybe they never owned HD-DVD players, but they definetely hold a grudge against the PS3 (and by extension - Sony and its [perceived] "baby" - bluray...
they're jealous of blu-ray's success and/or PS3 fanboys shoving it in their [HD-DVD fanboys' and/or Microsoft fanboys'] face that Sony's format basically "won" the next-gen DVD war. It's a typical defeatist attitude.
However, PS3 fanboys should be more humble but then again they did endure months and months of "blu-ray is the next betamax", so if it satisfies their teenage egos let them boast.
If SO2 was released in the US. But really, it doesn't matter - the footage will be on the internet a day after release.
Change the title and delete my comment. Thanks.
not everyone has blazing fast internet connections or the ability for HD playback, etc (I do, but most don't). It's just easier to buy a set-top player and pop in discs. I like both blu-ray and HD-DVD, but I feel like most the people on this thread are just a little bitter that blu-ray is beating hd-dvd...
Plus, once you go HD, you don't go back (even to upscaled DVD). In addition, downloaded HD movies are not even the same quality as content on blu-ray or HD-DVD discs.
has ruined every other like-minded FPS game for me. Although, I'm pretty sure this game wouldn't be that good to start out with anyway.
later on by these guys. They're going character by character, and by the looks of it, they're selling out to the masses and picking the safe picks from great mainstream games.
Bring this game and the original Star Ocean to the US and I'll be happy. Although, the star "duo" we really need is the Suikoden 1+2 combo available on PSP in Japan.
Link's alright and his games are always great, but I feel like there are so many better heroes out there. I guess he's an enduring ICON, so I'm not gonna hate that much.
But, let's be honest, there's AT LEAST 1 hero per RPG that is more interesting than Link (which totals out to about 2,500 better choices for "greatest hero ever").
well, I suggested that they release an Action bundle where you could buy a PS3 packaged with either Ratchet or Uncharted - pretty close though.
You can definetely tell Kojima definetely likes using camera filter techniques.
they should have a drug dealer in MGS4 so you can up your powers as well
Star Oceans featured a relatively unique battle system similar to the Tales series. However, the fights were not limited to a 2D plane, so it was more of a free-motion version of Tales battle system.
The series also mixed both medieval and futuristic settings (via space travel and the visiting of different worlds) with interesting results (similar to Rogue Galaxy I'd say, but whereas Rogue Galaxy was 75% futuristic, 25% medieval, Star Ocean's probably the opposite).
I'll buy it
and bring them to the US!
Right up there with Crisis Core and Patapon.
Patapon is all we need!
